Executive coaching
for individuals and teams

We conduct individual coaching sessions to help leaders grow in ways that support their own development and organizational goals too. Executive coaching topics vary, but commonly include themes such as managing stakeholders, aligning goals, prioritizing time, influencing techniques, improving executive presence, resolving conflict and more fully engaging colleagues for better outcomes.

While executive coaching targets an individual's growth and development, team coaching focuses on improving group dynamics and performance. Team coaching results in improved team cohesion, enhanced collaboration, increased trust, improved communication, higher levels of engagement and ultimately, higher team engagement, performance and productivity.


Team development & elevation workshops

We design and lead team development and elevation workshops to enhance the cohesion, effectiveness, and productivity of a group of individuals working together as a team.

Unlike team coaching engagements that can be continual over a time period, team development and elevation workshops are often one-time. They generally involve interactive activities and discussions where a team selects one area to focus on such as improving communication, fostering trust, clarifying roles and responsibilities, resolving conflicts and building rapport. Formal assessments can also be incorporated to provide objective insights into team members’ strengths, thinking styles and relevant behavioral traits.
Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Lab and Emerging Leader Programs
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a cornerstone of effective leadership. It enables leaders to connect with others, manage themselves and their teams, and navigate the complexities of the workplace with empathy, resilience, and insight. These programs – designed to be conducted in a cohort – enhance and accelerate participants’ EQ and result in inner growth that drives outer world impact.

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Lab: This high-impact cohort experience develops core EQ capabilities—self-awareness, empathy, communication, and decision-making—through practical tools and a high-energy delivery style. Participants walk away with actionable insights they can apply immediately to elevate their leadership effectiveness.

Emerging Leader Programs: We partner with organizations to design and deliver tailored development programs for rising leaders, focusing on Catalyst Point’s signature areas: building trust, navigating influence, managing complexity, and aligning purpose with performance. These sessions are filled with real-world tools that can be deployed right away and scaled to drive greater performance impact.


Keynote speaking and Group facilitation

We facilitate large group events that create a positive and productive experience for all participants and deliver strategic outcomes. An external facilitator brings impartiality to the meeting, ensuring that all voices are heard and that no single agenda dominates the discussion.

Facilitation includes clearly defining the objectives and agenda for the meeting; researching and understanding the audience; preparing interactive activities; and establishing and monitoring ground rules to manage meeting dynamics. An after-action report to assess meeting and facilitation effectiveness is also included and shared for future improvements.

Leadership Diagnostics & 360 reviews

We utilize in-depth total person assessments to enhance leader self-awareness and to uncover objective information about individual and team personalities, behaviors, interests, and abilities. With this data, we help clients identify actions to maximize their performance.This data also can be utilized in hiring decisions and is effective at determining the likelihood someone will be a “good fit” on a team.

We conduct 360-degree leadership reviews to evaluate and enhance leadership effectiveness. Reviews involve gathering feedback, insights, and perspectives from multiple sources (i.e. peers, supervisors, subordinates, and even external stakeholders) and provide actionable feedback by identifying blind spots and development opportunities that enhance individual and team effectiveness.
